Shipping Costs

Parcels are shipped via the carrier selected when finalizing your order. 

They are shipped to the address provided (the Customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided in the address and ensure that it is complete). 

Regardless of the delivery method selected, we send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Particular care is taken with fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

Shipping Times


  • Products in stock

If the order is placed before 22H, it is shipped the following day (J), Monday to Friday (not guaranteed).

If the order is placed after 22H, it is shipped on the next business day (J+1), Monday to Friday (not guaranteed).

The shipping times for your parcel are specified when selecting the carrier: usual delivery time (between 1 and 2 days depending on the carrier selected) and maximum delivery time (between 1 and 4 days depending on the carrier selected).

- a problem with products received in your order
