L'Aker Fassi is traditionally applied with a slightly damp finger, or with a bamboo applicator for greater precision.
1. Slightly dampen your finger or the applicator — this is the step that activates the poppy pigment.
2. Gently rub the surface of the color balm to pick up the pigment.
3. Apply to the lips or cheeks by tapping, and repeat as needed to intensify the color according to the desired effect.
4. Blend with your fingertips for a natural finish, especially on the cheeks.
