DESCRIPTION

The black and gold incense burner is the perfect accessory for lovers of oriental fragrances who want to enjoy traditional bakhoor at home. Designed to work with special incense charcoal, it heats scented blends and releases their fragrances into the air. A true bakhoor burner, not just a decorative accessory.

Its perfectly rounded shape, with soft, balanced lines, combines three visual elements: glossy black, which adds depth, understated elegance, and character; mirror-effect gold, which catches the light and highlights the curves; and the faceted transparent handle, reminiscent of the sparkle of a crystal. The gold lid has several circular openings that allow the incense smoke to escape as the fragrance spreads. The overall design blends modern aesthetics with oriental inspiration.

One of its main advantages is its design for use with glowing charcoal. Inside is a perforated gold bowl, accessible by removing the top lid. The heat from the charcoal gradually releases the aromas of the incense, particularly blends made with fragrant woods and resins: a traditional method loved for spreading rich, enveloping fragrances.

In the traditions of the Arabian Peninsula, bakhoor has been used for generations to scent homes, clothing, and reception areas, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, where it is associated with welcoming guests. The traditional burner, called a mabkhara, holds the charcoal, onto which small amounts of incense are placed. This black and gold burner reimagines the tradition with a contemporary design while retaining the principle of charcoal-based fragrance diffusion.

It can be used with various types of incense suitable for charcoal: oud incense (deep, woody notes), musky bakhoor (soft and enveloping), amber incense (rich and oriental), floral bakhoor (rose, jasmine), and powdered incense, which makes it easy to control the fragrance. Place it on a decorative tray, console table, or marble furniture: it complements dark wood, glass, gold-colored metal, and natural stone, and remains a beautiful piece of oriental decor when not in use. It also makes a great gift for incense lovers.

⚠️ Please note: like any burner used with glowing charcoal, it becomes very hot during use. Place it on a heat-resistant surface and let it cool before handling. Charcoal and incense are not included.

Complete your ritual with our other burners: the white and gold incense burner and the emerald green and gold incense burner, as well as our powdered bakhoors: Ajwad, Yara, RAED, GISSATY and MAHER.
